But these ferries are anything but.

​

We're not very tired. Or dirty. Or lacklustre.

We don't take our customers for granted.

We're proud of who we are, where we've been and where we're going.

We're standing apart from the crowd.

We've invested £millions in being different.

In leading the way.

We focus on the big issues like safety, comfort, cleanliness and expert staff.

But we pay attention to the little things that make a big difference too.

Like helping, smiling, chatting, listening.

Like quality hand-soap and free baby food.

We're not what people expect.

We're charismatic, refreshing and surprising.

We're not very ordinary.
